Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Edoardo Traverso.
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 37 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).
We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Traverso.
DINNER
During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 85€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.
During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Edoardo Traverso.

The menu of Identità Golose Milano is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso, whose inspirations give birth to unique and creative dishes aimed at enhancing the seasonal raw materials. However, the classics from via Romagnosi are not missing, such as the Fusillo Milano and the Milanese "Identità".
The Sunday Lunch
The à la carte menu is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso and each week it will present a Sunday Special created specifically for the occasion. The delicious offer then ranges from the new dishes proposed by our chef, to the classics of Via Romagnosi, such as the Fusillo Milano (which replaces the iconic Spaghetto) and the Milanese cutlet Identità.

It will be an important and special week for Identità Golose Milano, during which the executive chef Edoardo Traverso will take center stage, presenting the new dishes created for this season. You will then find them daily in the à la carte menu available for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, for Sunday Lunch, and on all evenings when we do not have a guest chef with us.

I Maestri del Gusto in collaboration with S.Pellegrino - Acqua Panna, featuring Richard Abou Zaki | Retroscena, Porto San Giorgio (Fermo) and Massimiliano Prete | Sestogusto, Turin
S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna celebrate culinary excellence with a new series of special dinners at the Identità Golose Milano Hub, unique events where the art of gourmet pizza will merge with the mastery of haute cuisine. A sensory journey to discover new flavors born from the encounter and dialogue between experiences, styles, and gastronomic traditions. The protagonists of the second appointment will be chef Richard Abou Zaki, owner along with Pierpaolo Ferracuti of the restaurant Retroscena in Porto San Giorgio (Fermo), a Michelin star, and the pizza chef and leavening expert Massimiliano Prete, one of the most creative interpreters of contemporary pizza in Italy, owner of Sestogusto in Turin. The menu will consist of four courses plus one entrée and will be offered at the price of 65 euros, including S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, other beverages and cover charge excluded. Unique booking time at 8:00 PM.
