LUNCH

Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Edoardo Traverso.  
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 37 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).

We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Traverso.

DINNER

During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 85€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.

During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Edoardo Traverso.

Milan Design Week: Special Menu for Fuorisalone 2024

The collaboration between Fuorisalone & Brera Design District and Identità Golose Milano continues into 2024. During the Design Week, the Hub will offer, alongside its regular menu, a special menu curated by executive chef Edoardo Traverso, exploring the theme of the 2024 edition: "Materia Natura". This theme promotes, through an exploration of the deep connection between these two words, a culture of conscious design, highlighting sustainability as a guiding principle and fundamental value in the creative process and design. The theme of Fuorisalone 2024 will therefore be an important opportunity to investigate and discover the multiple dimensions in which nature can manifest itself as a source of inspiration, design material, and guide for a sustainable future.

The Dinner of the Young Stars of the Identità Golose Restaurant Guide

On April 22nd, the 2024 edition of the Identità Golose Restaurant Guide will be presented in Milan. The Young Stars Awards represent a selection that each year identifies the most deserving talents under 40 in Italian and international gastronomy, those who have convinced and excited us the most. Of these, six of them will be the protagonists of a truly special evening at Identità Golose Milano. Obviously, we cannot yet reveal the names of these guests who will collaborate to create a true feast of taste, but we can tell you what awards they will receive. The best chef of the year, the chef behind the best risotto of the year, the best pastry chef, the surprise chef of the year, and the chef who will receive the Contaminations award. Could you imagine a more exciting dream team? You don't have to just imagine it, though: you can already book for this extraordinary event. Each of them will present a dish studied for the occasion: dinner will be offered at a cost of 110 euros, including wine pairing. Unique reservation time at h20:00.

The à la carte menu of Identità Golose Milano

The menu of Identità Golose Milano is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso, whose inspirations give birth to unique and creative dishes aimed at enhancing the seasonal raw materials. However, the classics from via Romagnosi are not missing, such as the Fusillo Milano, the Milanese "Identità," and the special selection of Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses.

The Sunday Lunch

The à la carte menu is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso and each week it will present a Sunday Special created specifically for the occasion. The delicious offer then ranges from the new dishes proposed by our chef, to the classics of Via Romagnosi, such as the Fusillo Milano (which replaces the iconic Spaghetto) and the Milanese cutlet Identità, to new seasonal dishes as well as our special Selection of cheeses and seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano.
