Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Andrea Ribaldone and Edoardo Traverso and pizzas by Franco Pepe.  
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 35 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).

We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Ribaldone and Traverso.

DINNER

During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 78€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.

During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Andrea Ribaldone e Edoardo Traverso.

Vincenzo Guarino's cuisine, special evening in collaboration with Latteria Sorrentina | La Tavola Rossa del Castello di Postignano Relais, Sellano (Perugia)

Vincenzo Guarino is a chef of experience and proven talent: born in 1977, originally from Torre del Greco (Naples), he worked alongside big names such as Fredy Girardet or Gualtiero Marchesi, and led many restaurants to conquer success and stars. His new challenge is called La Tavola Rossa, the restaurant of the Relais Castello di Postignano, housed in a charming and ancient medieval village. He interprets a refined, elegant cuisine, but also very concrete and tasty, faithful to the purely Mediterranean spirit that runs through him. We can't wait to taste his latest creations.

Special Lets IT Art evening: dialogue between artist Andrea Marcaccini and chef Eugenio Boer | Bu: r, Milano

Lets IT Art - Where art meets food is a project by Federica Rink that combines art and cooking by making chefs and artists collaborate. During the evening, one chef's iconic dish will be interpreted by the artist in the creation of a painting and, at the same time, the chef will be inspired by an artist's painting for the creation of a dish. Both elements will be combined in a "picture + dish" creation that will characterize the evening. The "paintings + dishes" can be purchased in the form of an NFT image through the QR code that will be present in the menu. For this special occasion we will host in Identità Golose Milano the chef of the Milanese restaurant Bu: r, Eugenio Boer - interpreter of a contemporary cuisine, deeply Italian and at the same time capable of communicating with influences coming from all over the world - and the artist Andrea Marcaccini. Single booking time at 20:30.

The refined mountain cuisine of Alessandro Bellingeri | Osteria Acquarol, San Michele Appiano (Bolzano)

Alessandro Bellingeri was born in 1983 in Cremona but has been adopted by Trentino Alto Adige for some years now. He grew up in the kitchens of Enrico Crippa, Riccardo Camanini, Massimo Bottura, Stefano Mazzone, Massimo Spigaroli and Alessandro Gilmozzi. In 2018 he moved his Osteria Acquarol from the Fiemme valley to Appiano (Bolzano), on the wine route. A chef from the Po Valley, he however excels when he brings his refined cuisine in dialogue with the mountains, thanks to his continuous experimentation in using mountain products.

The elegant Genoa of Marco Visciola | Il Marin at Eataly Genova, Genoa

Marco Visciola was born in Bogliasco in 1985, and since 2016 he has been leading the kitchen of Eataly's gourmet restaurant in Genoa, where he interprets the flavors of his land with a contemporary spirit, remarkable sensitivity, a refined and increasingly confident hand. In particular, the chef proves to have one of the happiest hands in Italy in dealing with the marine and vegetable world, that is the Ligurian essence. For two special dinners, this wealth of aromas, flavors and techniques will reach Milan.
