Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Edoardo Traverso.
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 37 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).
We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Traverso.
DINNER
During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 85€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.
During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Edoardo Traverso.

Campanian Excellence, special dinner with Latteria Sorrentina, with Nino Di Costanzo | Danì Maison, Ischia (Naples) and Francesco Martucci | I Masanielli, Caserta
A truly unique appointment at via Romagnosi 3, for an evening created in collaboration with Latteria Sorrentina, a company that has preserved a dairy tradition passed down through five generations. Two of the most extraordinary interpreters of Campanian cuisine will be there to celebrate this excellence. Nino Di Costanzo, who with his Danì Maison in Ischia, two Michelin stars, represents in that territory an absolute reference point of light and gastronomic poetry. With him will be Francesco Martucci, a leading star of contemporary pizza, who has conquered the world from Caserta. It will be a dialogue between excellences, for a menu consisting of five courses plus an entrée, at the price of 85 euros per person, beverages excluded. Single reservation time at 8:00 PM.

S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy 2024-2025: special dinner with Italian winner Edoardo Tizzanini and juror Giancarlo Perbellini
The 2024-2025 edition is the sixth S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition, an international project conceived and promoted by S.Pellegrino with the aim of supporting and inspiring future talents. The Hub will host two exclusive dinners - where the public can experience the energy and talent of the new generation of chefs through a unique gastronomic experience - featuring the winners of the Italian final, along with some jury members from this edition. The second of these dinners will bring together Edoardo Tizzanini - sous chef of the three Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio in Brusaporto (Bergamo), and overall winner of the Italian final, who now awaits to face his foreign colleagues in the Grand Final to be held in autumn, also in Milan - and Giancarlo Perbellini, who this year earned a third star for his Veronese restaurant Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli, who was part of the Italian final Jury. The menu, consisting of four courses plus an entrée, will be offered at a price of 120 euros, wines included. Single reservation time at 8:00 PM.

Contemporary Roots: the cuisine of Accursio Craparo | Radici, Modica
Accursio Craparo is called by many "chef of the two Sicilies," for how he combines the seafood cuisine of Sciacca, the small town he comes from, with the more earthy style of Val di Noto, where he relocated. And where last year he decided to close his gastronomic restaurant, which had one Michelin star, to dedicate himself entirely to his contemporary osteria project, Radici, where he brings to the table a journey back in time, toward those dishes and foods that have marked his gastronomic imagination. Which for one evening we will have the opportunity to taste at Identità Golose Milano.
