Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Edoardo Traverso.
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 37 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).
We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Traverso.
DINNER
During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 85€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.
During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Edoardo Traverso.

Milan Fashion Week: the special menu at the Hub Identità Golose Milano
The Milano Fashion Week is returning, a highly significant international event, dedicated to the Spring-Summer 2025 collections. Milano Fashion Week will also be an opportunity for the Hub's executive chef, Edoardo Traverso, who, together with his team, will create a special menu for these days to showcase his intelligent and refined creativity. The menu, consisting of an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, will complement the regular à la carte offering on Via Romagnosi.
Italy and France, in the name of goodness: a special dinner with Philippe Léveillé | Miramonti l’Altro, Concesio (Brescia) and Matteo Rossatto | Georges Blanc, Vonnas, France
At Identità Golose Milano, we are very pleased to once again host Philippe Léveillé this September to mark the beginning of a new season. A chef from the great French culinary tradition, Léveillé has found both a professional and personal home in Italy. His restaurant, Miramonti l’Altro in Concesio (two Michelin stars), draws much of its true and inspiring identity from the moments of exchange between France and Italy. For this special dinner, the Breton-born chef will meet a younger Italian chef, a Piedmontese born in 1994, who now serves as the executive chef of one of the most historic and prestigious houses of haute cuisine in France, the three-Michelin-star restaurant named after the great Georges Blanc. This gastronomic dialogue promises to be a unique and exciting crossroads between Italian and French signature cuisine. The menu will be offered at a price of 110 euros per person, excluding wine, with a single reservation time at 8:00 PM.

Signature Pizza Without Borders: A Culinary Dialogue between Italy and Japan in Collaboration with Molino Casillo, featuring Giuseppe Errichiello, Pizzeria Peppe - Napoli sta' ca' (Tokyo), and Tiziana Cappiello, Il Balcone (Minervino Murge, Bari)
A special event in collaboration with Molino Casillo, a leading company since 1958 in the production of premium flours and semolina. The evening will pay tribute to the quality of raw materials, featuring super-premium flours enriched with wheat germ from the "Origine" and "Le Speciali con Germe" lines, along with high-quality semolina. The stars of the dinner will be Molino Casillo’s brand ambassadors: Giuseppe Errichiello of Pizzeria Peppe - Napoli sta' ca' (Tokyo), ranked third in the 50 Top Pizza Asia Pacific 2023, and Tiziana Cappiello of Pizzeria Il Balcone (Minervino Murge, Bari), born in 1993, who has skillfully reinterpreted her family’s pizzeria tradition with creativity and innovation. Together, these masters will combine their expertise in a four-hands culinary journey that reflects the dialogue between Italy and the world, thanks to Errichiello's international experience in Japan. The evening's menu includes an entrée followed by four courses, including dessert, priced at 65 euros. A unique opportunity to savor Molino Casillo's excellence in a global culinary setting. The event will begin with a fixed reservation time of 8:00 PM.

The Sea of Ferrara, with the cuisine of Denny Lodi Rizzini | Makorè, Ferrara
Ferrara-based entrepreneur Federico Fugaroli, driven by a true passion for food and wine, founded Makorè in 2020: a restaurant with a clear gastronomic focus, where fish is the explicit heart of the menu, and a shop offering the finest daily catch from the fish markets of the Adriatic coast. The young team is led by chef Denny Lodi Rizzini, born in 1994, who approaches his craft with the confidence to dare boldly, combining clarity of vision with grace. The result is dishes of character that skillfully balance the familiar and the new with intelligence and poise. Equally noteworthy is talented sommelier Isacco Giuliani, awarded Best Sommelier of 2024 by Guala Closures for the Identità Golose Guide. For one special evening, they will bring their elegant and dynamic vision of cuisine and fine wine to Milan.

Best Female Chef for the Identità Golose 2024 Guide: Sara Scarsella | Sintesi, Ariccia (Rome)
Born in Rome and a graduate of Alma in Colorno, Sara Scarsella began her career working with Valeria Piccini. After a long journey, first in Copenhagen, then in Australia, she returned to Italy, where she opened her own restaurant alongside her partner and sister. In a short time, it gained attention for its distinct culinary personality. With these words, the Identità Golose 2024 Guide awarded the Acqua Panna - S.Pellegrino prize for Best Female Chef of the Year to Sara Scarsella. For one unique evening, she will take the spotlight in our Hub's kitchen, presenting some of the dishes she co-creates with Matteo Compagnucci at their Michelin-starred restaurant Sintesi, in Ariccia.
