Identità Golose Milano presents a MENU À LA CARTE with dishes signed by Edoardo Traverso.
Tuesday to Friday we have thought of a "business formula” for 37 euros (two dishes of the day – water and coffee included | other drinks and service excluded).
We are open for Sunday’s lunch and serve dishes created by Traverso.
DINNER
During the week it is possible to enjoy the TASTING MENUS designed by our great guest chefs, always suggested at 85€ specified in each menu, including wine pairing.
During the evenings when a guest chef is not scheduled, you will be able to taste the à la carte menu by Edoardo Traverso.

The menu of Identità Golose Milano is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso, whose inspirations give birth to unique and creative dishes aimed at enhancing the seasonal raw materials. However, the classics from via Romagnosi are not missing, such as the Fusillo Milano, the Milanese "Identità," and the special selection of Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses.

The Sunday Lunch
The à la carte menu is signed by executive chef Edoardo Traverso and each week it will present a Sunday Special created specifically for the occasion. The delicious offer then ranges from the new dishes proposed by our chef, to the classics of Via Romagnosi, such as the Fusillo Milano (which replaces the iconic Spaghetto) and the Milanese cutlet Identità, to new seasonal dishes as well as our special Selection of cheeses and seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Discovering Lombardy wines: Edoardo Traverso's special menu paired with Consorzio Garda DOC wines
Identità Golose Milano hosts the wines of Consorzio Garda DOC, created to unite the winemaking of Verona, Mantua, and Brescia, and promote the Garda style. For the occasion, the executive chef of Hub, Edoardo Traverso, will create a menu inspired by the wines of the Consorzio, which will be served in combination.

Why Waste? The Social Dinner
An unprecedented evening of haute cuisine, promoted by S.Pellegrino and Food For Soul, and hosted by Identità Golose Milano, with the aim of raising awareness about food waste. The exclusive six-course menu, born from the collaboration of cheffes Karime Lopez from Gucci Osteria by Massimo Bottura (Florence) and Sabrina Russo from Refettorio Made in Cloister (Naples), will be a gourmet journey prepared using leftover ingredients and products that will not be wasted, but rather enhanced to offer a surprising taste experience for both the palate and the soul. Lara Gilmore, president of Food For Soul, the non-profit association founded with her husband Massimo Bottura, will participate in the evening. The cost of the dinner is 120 euros per person, including wine pairing, water, coffee, and cover charge. The proceeds, net of costs, will be donated to Food for Soul. Single reservation time is 8:00 PM, and only communal tables will be provided.

Campanian Delights, from Caserta to Ischia, in collaboration with Latteria Sorrentina: featuring Pasquale Palamaro | Indaco at Regina Isabella, Ischia (Naples) and Sasà Martucci | Pizzeria I Masanielli - Sasà Martucci, Caserta.
For this special dinner, created in collaboration with Latteria Sorrentina, an excellence in the Italian dairy landscape, we will have two distinguished representatives of Campania's cuisine. On one hand, in its most refined and gourmet form, we'll have Pasquale Palamaro from Ischia, who has been leading the Indaco restaurant since 2009, hosted by the luxurious Regina Isabella hotel in Lacco Ameno, Ischia. On the other hand, we'll have an ambassador of Neapolitan-style pizza like Sasà Martucci, who, like his brother Francesco, has secured a prominent place in the world of Italian pizzerias. The menu will consist of one entrée and one dessert, both crafted by the Hub's brigade, and four courses created by our esteemed guests. It will be offered at a price of 85 euros per person, including wines. The only reservation time available is at 8:00 PM.

From Gardone to Lima with 50Best: special four-handed dinner with Riccardo Camanini | Lido 84, Gardone Riviera (Brescia) and Jaime Pesaque | Mayta, Lima, Peru
An absolutely unmissable and unique evening, featuring two chefs who have in recent years secured top positions in the prestigious World's 50 Best ranking, which recognizes the best restaurants in the world. A collaborative four-handed menu that will represent a dialogue between two professionals who deeply know and respect each other, both outstanding interpreters of their respective culinary cultures. Joining us will be the Italian Riccardo Camanini, chef and owner of Lido 84 in Gardone Riviera (Brescia), currently ranked seventh, and Jaime Pesaque, ranked forty-seventh with his Mayta restaurant in Lima, dedicated to celebrating Peruvian ingredients. The menu will consist of eight courses and one entrée, offered at a price of 180 euros per person, including wines. There will be a single reservation time at 8:00 PM, and menu payment will be required at the time of booking through TheFork platform.

Identità Golose Milano hosts the wines of the Consorzio Tutela Lugana DOC, which brings together the territories of southern Lake Garda, balancing between Lombardy and Veneto, involving the provinces of Brescia and Verona. For the occasion, the executive chef of the Hub, Edoardo Traverso, will create a menu inspired by the wines of the Consorzio, which will be served in pairing.

S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy 2022-2023: special dinner with the Italian winners
The 2022-2023 edition marks the fifth installment of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition, the international project conceived and promoted by S.Pellegrino with the aim of supporting and inspiring future talents. On the occasion of the international final, which will conclude a two-year journey and will be held as usual in Milan, the Hub on Via Romagnosi will host a truly special and unique dinner, where we will celebrate the awarded Italian talents of this edition. Joining us will be Michele Antonelli from GastroBi di Villa Musone (Ancona) - winner of the Italian final of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-2023; Katherine Rios from Nina in Palestro (Pavia) - winner of the special Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award 2022-2023 Italy; Marco Apicella from Al Peschereccio di Vedano Olona (Varese) - winner of the special Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy 2022-2023 Italy; Danilo Vella from Imperialino in Moltrasio (Como) - winner of the special S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility 2022-2023 Italy. The menu will consist of 4 courses plus an entrée, and will be offered at the price of 85 euros per person, including wines.
